First aid kit includes:

-          1 triangle bandage

-          1personel bandage

-          Scissors

-          Tweezers

-          6 Alcohol

bullet

-          10 band-aids

bullet

-          1 – 9 meter plaster roll  

bullet

-          4 sterile gauze pads

bullet

-          1 elastic bandage

bullet

-          4 Gauze rolls

-          Cotton gauze

Small bag – well organised.

Bandages, pads and not cotton! Band-aids are useless except for children

Cream for minor burns

Tablets for colds and headaches

Polydine ointment and drops

Another antibiotic cream and some eye ointment. Make sure they are labelled well!!!

A First Aid kit should therefore include the following:

- Swabs

- Hydrogen-peroxide

- Gauze pads

- Polidyne or similar anti-biotic ointment

- Triangles for stabilising and protection
